I. Human Resources Consulting

II. General introduction about training program
Employee being employed having different education level and from various fields. So, that need Career Orientation training before training on professional skills according to international standards in tourism for employees according to VTOS*. This initial training course designed for increasing career awareness and getting familiar with the new company environment as quick as possible. It will reduce staff turn-over ratio.Other training courses such as soft skills training, supervisory skills training, managerial training, ect…to ensure staff well trained.
*VTOS – Vietnam Tourism Occupational Standards which developed by International and Vietnamese experts and be in harmony with ASEAN standards towards the integration of the bloc and the implementation of a mutual recognition agreement on tourism from 2015. VTOS are applied by ATM ASIA to train tourism industry employees nationwide, and this is the best occupational standard document in use today.
1. Food & Beverage
VTOS Food & Beverage training programs for hotel and restaurant service staff or similar establishments with restaurant arranging responsibilities, serve food or drinks in a la carte or buffet style, or serve in a room or conference. After training, employees will be assessed and certification.

2. Front Office
VTOS Front Office training program for receptionists working in hotels or accommodation establishments, responsible for handling reservations, checking in and out, paying bills and providing information to guests. After training, employees will be assessed and certification.
VTOS Housekeeping training program for staff working in hotels or accommodation establishments with the responsibility to clean guest bedrooms, bathrooms and public areas. After training, employees will be assessed and certification.
4. Hotel Security
VTOS hotel security training program for hotel security staff. Training content will describe the most basic job position of security personnel working at a hotel or an accommodation, is responsible for preventing and detecting potential risk of loss in any form and taking appropriate action. After training, employees will be assessed and certification.
5. Vietnamese Cuisine
VTOS training program for Vietnam cuisine techniques for cooks in hotel restaurants or similar business establishments, responsible for preparing food and cooking Vietnamese dishes. After training, employees will be assessed and certification.
6. Western food Preparation
VTOS training program Western food preparation cooking techniques for European kitchen staff at hotels, restaurants or similar businesses, responsible for preparing food and cooking European dishes. After training, employees will be assessed and certification.
7. Western baking techniques
VTOS training in western baking techniques for bakers in a hotel, restaurant or similar business, responsible for making European-style pastries and breads.
8. Hotel Management
CVTOS hotel management training program for hotel, restaurant or similar business management levels. The training content will provide basic knowledge and practical experience sharing in the field of organizing and operating a hotel business, including: effective management with the Food & Beverage department, Front Office, Housekeeping, Human Resource, Accounting – financial, Sale & Maketing. The curriculum will give you an overview of the hospitality industry and help students understand the roles and functions of a hotel manager. End of training program, employees will be assessed and certification.
9. Supervisory Skills
This is a training program for managers and supervisors in the hotel restaurant. The training content helps students master the basic skills in the role of supervising and managing parts. Understand the assessment of employee performance through each employee development period. Planning and implementation are successful and the organization is successfully implemented. In order to develop the leadership ability of the manager. End of training program, employees will be assessed and certification.

III. Developing Operation & Management Tool
An operation & management tool may include management forms, SOP and KPI are a must to have to make sure all runs smoothly up to brand’s standards and under a professional control.
